We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, net quantity, and pricing accurately. Rameshtha products are intended for traditional spiritual, ritual, and devotional use as described on each product page and its packaging. Colours, textures, and packaging may vary slightly from images shown due to the natural or traditional nature of certain products.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; the price applicable is the one displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways supporting UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets. Rameshtha does not store your full payment card details.

4. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation email or message does not constitute our acceptance of your order, nor does it guarantee availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or issues with delivery to your location, in which case any amount paid will be refunded.

5. Cancellations

You may request cancellation before an order has been processed or shipped by contacting our support team. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Shipping

Shipping timelines, charges, and serviceability are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All content on this Website — including the Rameshtha™ name, logo, product photography, and written content — is the property of Rameshtha (Banyan Ventures) or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. Rameshtha products are intended for traditional spiritual and ritual use only and are not medicinal products. 10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
